good overall - I got 2 devices, the first completes charging in approximately 1 hour while the second seems to charge forever

Loved it but lost it inside 2 weeks 😢

Took longer than a month to arrive. By the time they apparently arrived, I had bought a new vape and had moved out of state. Waste of a purchase.

The vaporesso pods are wonderful. The customer service swore up and down that I had received them, showing all kinds of untrue documentation. I was polite in my chat and email about not receiving them even though customer service said I did. They treated me like I was lying or a friend or neighbor picked up the pods when they arrived. 5 days later the pods actually arrived. I notified the store immediately. I did not appreciate being treated so badly, or being lied to about the delivery date, or the false information showing apparent tracking that was not true. I will never order from Vaporesso ever again.

I ordered these for my mother-in-law, working on getting her to stop smoking. She needed a new device and more pods. We were able to shop them to Bulgaria for free by hitting the order minimum. Thanks so much.
