Shipping Policy

  1. All orders will be processed within 48 hours after your order has been placed. Shipping delivery may take up to 7-30 business days which depends on the delivery method and its final destination.

  2. Once your package has been sent out from our warehouse in China, please allow extra time for your order delivery to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We will also send a confirmation email with the tracking information.

  7. We don't charge any sales tax or export duties. However, if the package is checked by your country's customs office when the item arrives in your country, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes. We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in your countries. All customers are responsible to check with your local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.
  8. We Calculate shipping costs based on product weight. Normally, a vape kit weighs about 0.3 kg. The Epacket  charges $10 within 1kg. DHL charges $29 within 0.5kg. Except for some specific countries. See order details for specific prices.
  9. Free shipping conditions need to be met:1) the order amount is more than 39 US dollars; 2) the weight does not exceed 2kg;  3) The shipping method is CN E-Packet.

Return Policy

1.Returns time:

Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If you have been through 60 days after purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange service. Please contact us for refunds or any concerned inquiry. We will respond you within 2 working days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

3.Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection regarding your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or through the original method of payment, within a certain amount of required days.


Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are processed in store credit ONLY, no refunds.

4.Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your PayPal account again. Please contact your credit card issued institution or PayPal company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially approved.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us for further assistance.


5.Exchanges (if applicable)

We only accept the replacement for the item which is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email for detailed operational procedures.
