Worry filled purchase

The title of this is wrong and still do NOT understand why this seller couldn't start this process right away. I had to start a dispute with the bank before they filled out the for to get my refund. It was an unnecessary run around. They told me is was fedex issue to contact them 3 times! Well look who was able to solve the issue, they seller not fedex! This purchase is only helpful if the seller agrees to hold up their end of the deal.

the product is good but 2x I ordered from them and it takes forever to receive. You might as well quit smoking in that time.
