I have owned the Target 100 and 200 for several months now. They are well built with a nice finish and the cloth is very durable and gives you a good grip. It also insulates your hand from picking up a hot device if you've left it in the car or in the sun. The tanks hold a good amount of e-liquid, especially the 200 and the USB-C charge port is great to have. The only issue, which is a big one, has been the battery door popping open on it's own very easily and spewing the spring loaded batteries out. It happens on both the 100 and 200 that I have so I imagine they all do this. The clip holding the battery door closed is only about 8mm wide with a 1mm lip holding the edge. The door is the bottom of the mod so just picking it up can cause it to open. I tape mine closed now.
