The Vaporesso Gen 200 is honestly my favourite mod till today. It is very comfortable in the hands, the look is seamless, and the build remains solid with the Axon Chip set. This device is truly quality. I’ve had the device for less than a year now and the experience has been nothing but the best. Up until recent the device has been bugging. The device powers on, and the screen lights up when I press the buttons, but it does not respond to any inputs, including the fire button or menu controls. As it stands, the screen is stuck on a single mode.

After having the device inspected, the board appears intact, and the issue seems to be related to the firmware/software malfunction. However, I have been unable to find any firmware update tools or reset options for the Gen 200 on the official website.
I would appreciate any guidance on how to:
1. Manually reset or restore the firmware on my device.
2. Access a firmware update tool if one is available for the Gen 200.
3. Troubleshoot potential software issues preventing button functionality.
If a reset or update is not possible, could you advise on the best course of action? I am eager to resolve this issue and continue using my Vaporesso product.

Ill start with saying I appreciate the 50% off deal when I traded in my old Aspire Clieto 120 tank which nobody seemed to have any replacement coils for. I actually really love the Top Flow design of the iTank T, and after my eleaf iStick 100w started to have trouble with the fire button, I purchased the Vaporesso Gen Max Mod in Gradient purple. Shipping took a while but it did come a Long way to me in the US. It was well worth it though! Adjustable wattage, easy to lock the fire button, and a nice display screen with cool animations. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about this Gen Max Mod ! Its worth it if you want to vape with a quality device and tank. The best Ive ever experienced and trust me Ive been vaping since 2014. I would highly recommend any Vaporesso product. These are high quality devices and they care about their customers. A+++++ experience and price point.

Nice design, tank is excellent. But Target 200 seems as a better product. This one can heat up a little bit during charging.
It is os cheap, that's for sure. But very lightweight, what I was looking for.

Soo i bought the vaporesso gen 200 I was SO excited for it to come in the mail…… well what came was an absolutely destroyed pos they won’t even give me a refund unless I PAY THEM to give me a refund meaning I pay shipping costs which is already more that what it’s worth then I’m forced to pay other bs fees n **** they sent another one even tho I said **** no just give me a refund don’t just respond weeks later and not give me a damn choice I waited over a month for this damn thing to come only to get a completely unusable vape someone probably returned ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

It’s a simple and light mood it’s almost to light. But it’s do the work and for the money it’s really good and the new pod is much better then the old. Both with the air intake is on the top and the refilling is much easier. I like it.

I have owned several units to date.
I loved this one so much (which I picked up in a store 1 day as an emergency to when I broke my glass and I couldn't find just the glass itself, I ended up picking up the set.) I have been using the tank for a while with a different mod. After picking up the tank and mod set I just loved it. So I decided now to pick up another one in Rose gold. It hits so well, truly let's u feel the juice and the hit. Very smooth and doesn't hurt my throat. The only thing I would say they need to correct is the slide top. Almost immediately it gets a little too loose and will sometimes open up in the pocket. I have had so many spills it drove me crazy. Obviously the new one is strong now, but I just know it will become like my old one. So I now magiver it & stick a very thin piece of napkin under & close it so it sticks shut. It's obviously annoying because every refill I must do that again. Especially if I go to work & am moving around to much. There's no question I would have even more spills if not. So, Vaperesso, if you guys are reading this - the tank is great - just figure out this huge problem! Thanks.

Well built. Charges fast, coils have great flavor. Compact. Excellent for vaping while driving. RECOMENDED!

Been vaping for a very long time. This was the best mod ever. It was small, light, simple, robust, portable, powerful and reliable. Nothing compares to it. I will never understand why a successful product gets discontinued. The "Gen Max" does not even come close (it's bulky, heavy and somewhat wacky).

Are you discontinuing this? Please say it isn’t so…
