Uno no funciona

Compré 2 de ellos. El que funciona es genial. Me gusta la forma en que vapea. ¡No gotea en absoluto!
El otro funcionó durante un día, pero no vapeaba cada vez que le daba una calada. Al día siguiente ni siquiera encendía. Envié un correo electrónico de soporte para la garantía, pero nadie ha respondido. No estoy contento con el servicio al cliente ya que no han respondido. Tengo 1
inútil.
