I am so happy I switched to Vaporesso! I had been using the same mod for about 8 years so it was time for an upgrade. I did a lot of research and found this to be the best option for my needs. I wanted a single battery mod capable of using a 21700 battery and a sub ohm tank. This fir that criteria perfectly. The pulse mode is awesome! It makes my normal brand of ejuice taste better than I thought it could. The added armor is perfect for me because I commute to work on an ebike rain or shine and I dropped my old mod a few times so I'm hopeful that this one will fare better than my previous mod made by a different company. I started out on the installed coil but I found that the .04 ohm is better suited to my vape style. The shipping speed to the U.S. was very very quick and the fact that it was free made it even more remarkable.. I really can't say enough good things about my experience. I'm so glad I switched brands!
Look no further because you have found the best. All in one pod/coil that doesn't leak, 5ml capacity so you're not continuously checking your fluid level for burning a coil, exceptional ****, and last me 2 weeks average per pod.

I prefer the pods with the rubber stopper on the side instead of the top snap cap. It seems like the tank is smaller and I feel like I'm constantly filling it up way more than with the rubber stopper pod.

So i got an eco nano plus and its been working great but I just got some replacement pods and one seems to be working fine but the other immediately gave a split second of burning taste before flashing an e2 error. Prior to this I filled it up and even put a drop down into the cotton to make sure it was ready to go. I have tried cleaning the contacts, it seems to sit fine. I've tried waiting a bit before trying again and there was no plastic covering the contacts. Kinda dissapointing but looking it up I'm not exactly alone in this.

It is usually a 5! Your company is great and I love getting my vaporesso products from you. However for the first time I had a bad experience. I felt like I wasn’t being heard and was questioned about the reason why I wanted to send back the red one because it didn’t work. It charged really hot and never kept a charge. I asked to send it back and requested another another one free of charge and even sent a video of it not working and was given things to do to make it work(which I already did before contacting them) and when I told them I already tried all of that. I finally (over 2 days of back and forth emails) they finally sent me a new one and it works perfectly like it’s supposed too. Like I said usually a 5 but customer service has to be better.

I’ve been using Ecigs since 2010, tried many different ones, and this XROS 5 & 6 are the best so far. The engineering has improved issues like leaking Pods in some brands. I’ve given up the SMOK Nord models for these!
