I have yet to receive order #202258468 which is the Zero device. No updates have been made on the USPS website referencing the tracking number provided. Last known status was Los Angeles on the 24th of December 2022 through TRACK17 website. Feedback on my order would be greatly appreciated.

I have been emailing Vaporesso for a few days now asking for assistance on how to use this product. So far I get 4 to five words in a sentence and none of the sentence tells me what I need to know. I explained that I received an empty container with the product. If the company does not want to service customers they just need to put that on their website! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service or concern for the issue that I am having with the product! You do not treat people who are paying for a product this badly.
