I am very pleased with the product but very dissatisfied with the delivery service and after sales service. It took me 2 months to receive my cigarettes instead of 20 days as stated on the site, despite several reminders by email. I would start using your products again, but not with you.

Awesome Pen kit, love it so much I decided to order another one.

25 days later they ask me to review the product , but it has not arrived yet and both me and this store are on the same continent , 5 countries apart… I dunno what’s taking them so long , but I will never buy from them again.
