I have purchased this product before, and I never received my second order. Vaporesso has ignored my countless attempts to contact them. It has been over a month since I purchased the mod and it never shipped. No refund, nothing.

Je n’ai toujours pas pu profiter de ma commande que j’ai passé le 15/04… encaissé bien évidemment… on me dit que c’est vaporesso France qui s’est occupé de ma commande pourtant suivi postal du pays bas donc impossible de voir … pas de réponse à mon mail hormis pour donner mon avis du coup je le donne

I didn't receive my order and can't follow it because I'm in France and the website doesn't understand my location.
I have the 1st generation and it was wonderful so I thought I'd upgrade. Well. This one doesn't hold a charge and it burns out my pods REALLY FAST. Like 2 days. I emailed the customer service and have yet to hear back and it's within 90 days. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the lemon of a device.
Absolutely love this, bought to replace my constant purchase of geek bars and have to say this thing is awesome. Will absolutely recommend 10/10 and by some off chance it does break (i doubt it its been dropped a few times already) i will immediately be buying another one
Ordered mine on the 23rd and saw it wouldn't be shipped till the 29th, was surprised when I got an email 10 minutes later saying that it was shipped. I enquired if this was the case and was told it is out of stock and will not be shipped, despite being orderable on the website and not saying anything about stock issues .
Après test le bouton ne marche pas je suis très déçu et j’aurai souhaité un renvoi d’une autre machine, j’ai dépensé au moins 3000e chez vaporesso mais bon je suis déçu de cette expérience et je souhaite changer et partir sur une pod luxe…
The quality of the vape is good but the head break fast you wanna make sure to have another one and the shipping is slow i waited 4 weeks to arrive

I order 2 box and never arrive to me, I already try to speak with the post office and the seller and none of them take care about my order. They pass the problem between them and don't want to help me, so it is like thow away your money. Bad service. Bad customer help. Don't recomend to buy on this webpage.
Honestly you have to know what kind of coils you’re looking for in here because in my case I’m used to just seeing them in person but I found my could here and there are much cheaper here

After reading previous reviews I need to make corrections.
The animation can be turned off in the settings to conserve power as a previous review states otherwise. Also the voltage can be adjusted if power consumption is an issue.
Another review says it took several weeks to arrive. So did my first order but it said free shipping would take up to 25 days when I placed the order. My second order said it would take 5 to 7 days and it took 10.
As far as the product goes, it’s heavy and feels great in the hand if that helps.
Love the device, but a new leaky pod left overnight drained out killing the chip, the other three pods I have used had no issues, would be nice if Vaporesso would replace the blue one that is a brand new DEAD device!
So to start off…. The old tank was already really good. Only drawback I had with it was that the lid would flip open while it was in my pocket. This one is 10x better. No need to worry about that now. They also changed the location of where the air intake is at. Now sure how this design made it better but it did. I did a side by side comparison with both tanks one after the other. Both had new coils and same juice. This one hits a lot better. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite next to the Apex. It feels great in the hand and the bottom is convex and rests nicely in the pinky.

The battery level on the display is so small it’s nearly impossible to see.
Other than that, this is the best one I have.

MY VAPE HAD AN ISSUE. AND I CONTACTED THE COMPANY. THEY ASKED ME TO PROVIDE A FEW CAMERA SHOTS OF THE BOX AND THE MOD. AND IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS, THERE WAS A BRAND NEW UNIT AT MY DOOR. FANTASTIC SERVICE. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS IS THE ONE. PERIOD HANDS DOWN. They did NOT HAVE TO HONOR MY REQUEST. IT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE REQUIRMENT BUT THEY DID ANYWAY

Pods are good quality only one was damaged out the 4 pack takes about 13-15 days on shipping bought another pack few days ago
