I did my product or a refund

I didn’t receive my package. I informed the company about this, followed all the necessary steps to make sure that the package had been lost and asked to speak to someone about getting my money back. Never got a reply. I’m out fifty dollars and planning on switching to a different company when I replace my new mod. Be careful, they will just take your money and run.
