The pod leaks even when having the vape sit upright

The pod leaks even when having the vape sit upright. I did receive a notification from hen I first ordered this product that it shipped immediately after I ordered it and I thought that was strange

Love hate relationship!!!

I have the red camo vape I got it a few months ago. It was fine at first but now every time I put in a new pod (I waited 10 mins before hitting) it tastes burnt and I’ve tried hitting it with different juices and nothing works and the burnt flavor gets worse when it’s fully charged (I don’t hit it while it’s charging) so idk what the deal is I’ve bought 3 of the same vapes this past year. Everytime I bring it in to the vape shop they just tell me to get a new one and try it! Idk what the deal is but I’m over it!!😂😡 idk if I could get a refund either because it’s been more than 30 days!! I would like some answers to figure out what’s going on or if it can be fixed somehow!!
