Great coils! Terrible service

I love these coils, they're great! Unfortunately Vaporesso has some of the worst effing customer service I've ever experienced. I sent an email asking about my order status because it didn't ship for a week. They replied and said that the tank I ordered to go with this wasn't available. I sent a reply asking what would happen with my order and they ignored my numerus emails for like 3 weeks straight. No update or info at all until it randomly showed up at my door.

Packages incomplete

I bought 3 packages and supposedly they would give me one as a gift and instead I only received 2 but they charged me for all 3, how can I make a claim either for the money or for them to send me the item?

Fantastic !

I've been vaping for 17 yrs. and I started with coils but 17 yrs, ago coils were not consistent ( they sucked ) and I was lucky to get two out of 5 coils to work and got sick of it so I started making my own and have been doing so for 16 yrs. until now . The GTX coils are AWESOME ! I am getting the BEST FLAVOR EVER ! I love these coils and they last . I'm getting an average of 2 to 3 weeks out of them. I don't have to go through the hassle of making my own coils .I would encourage everyone to try these, you won't be disappointed ! I prefer the .03ohm for best performance, . this is ONLY my opinion .
