GEN 200

The Vaporesso Gen 200 is honestly my favourite mod till today. It is very comfortable in the hands, the look is seamless, and the build remains solid with the Axon Chip set. This device is truly quality. I’ve had the device for less than a year now and the experience has been nothing but the best. Up until recent the device has been bugging. The device powers on, and the screen lights up when I press the buttons, but it does not respond to any inputs, including the fire button or menu controls. As it stands, the screen is stuck on a single mode.

After having the device inspected, the board appears intact, and the issue seems to be related to the firmware/software malfunction. However, I have been unable to find any firmware update tools or reset options for the Gen 200 on the official website.
I would appreciate any guidance on how to:
1. Manually reset or restore the firmware on my device.
2. Access a firmware update tool if one is available for the Gen 200.
3. Troubleshoot potential software issues preventing button functionality.
If a reset or update is not possible, could you advise on the best course of action? I am eager to resolve this issue and continue using my Vaporesso product.

Monster meaning powerful but not intimidating with the simple ui. Easy to read the wattage. Button is nice and responsive. tank is massive last me a while.

I had a vaporesso Gen S for over a year before I went snorkeling with it still in my swim trunks. The reason I bought the Gen 200 was that it supposed to have better options than the previous Gen S. Nope, no CCW under DIY menu. I'm disappointed that vaporesso took this out.

I switched to vaporesso from a 200w mod to a luxe2 because of the coil change efficiency and I have been fan since.
After the itank released I was between the target series and the GEN S series.
I got the Gen 200S just when it came out as soon because it claimed it is light. And let me tell you this thing is light. Batteries weight more than the mod which is brilliant because i dont want anything heavy to carry around.
The i Tank is FANTASTIC. Best flavor Ive had so far.

I’ve had a lot of different vapes over the years and the Gen 200 is my favorite. It’s much smaller then any other double 18650 mod. It’s also very lightweight. I love the magnetic battery door. Doors with hinges break way easier like on my Target 100 after I dropped it a few times. The Gen 200 also is very comfortable to hold. It’s nice and smooth but still has grip because of the little dots. I love the fire button placement on the side so whenever I lay my vape down and go to pick it up to take a hit my thumb is already on the fire button so I don’t have to adjust my finger every time like I had to do with the Target 200. The button also accidentally pressed so it doesn’t misfire. Because the button is on the side my vape also doesn’t go off by accident in my pocket or hoodie pocket like my Target 200 did. The Target 200 is a good vape but the Gen 200 is an excellent vape. Also the iTank is amazing! I just wish it had a 10ml glass instead of 8ml because I vape a lot and also have to fill up my tank. I would also like it if we could change the color of the writing on the screen without having to change the mode it’s on so it would be cool if we could personalize it that way. It would be cool if we could change the screen brightness as well. Overall I’d rate the Gen 200 9 1/2 out of 10. It’s the best vape I’ve ever had! Thank you Vaporesso! Also the customer service was great too. I had questions about shipping and I always got an email back within the day. Very happy with my purchase.
